Force Gurkha Suv launched in India

Force Motors India has launched the new Force Gurkha SUV in the Indian market today.  The Gurkha is based on the legendary platform of Mercedes Benz G-Wagon. Force Motors has launched Gurkha in three variants 2WD soft top at Rs 6.25Lakh, 4WD softtop at Rs 8.35 lakh and 4WD hard top at Rs 8.50 lakhs (all Ex-showroom price Delhi)

Gurkha is powered by BS III  Mercedes Benz borrowed  2.6 litre OM16 diesel engine which has a power output of 82 PS and has torque of 230Nm respectively. The engine is mated with 5 Speed manual transmission. As a off-roader Gurkha has a three locking differential  and has a ground clearance of 210 Mm. The front profile has a very bold looks with big round head lights new redesigned front grill and new bumper. Talking about the interiors the Six seater Suv has a Air conditioner  and power steering as well.

Honda CRV 2013 Lunched in India

Honda Cars India has today launched the new fourth generation CRV 2013 in the Indian market. The company has launched the new CRV in two Petrol engine options, the base 2.0 liter heart with 154Bhp and 2.4 liter engine with 184 Bhp on the line. The base 2.0 liter engine come with 5 speed manual and 6 speed automatic  gearbox options, while on the other hand the 2.4 liter engine come with only automatic transmission. 

Now lets talk about the prices, the base manual 2.0 liter Variant starts from Rs 19.95 lakh, while the 2.0 liter CRV will cost you  for Rs 20.85 lakh. The 2.4 liter automatic variant is priced at Rs 22.40 lakh whle the 2.4 litre top end version  with permanent all wheel drive will cost you at Rs  23.85 lakh. ( all Ex showroom price Delhi) 

The new CRV is loaded with features like ABS, EBD, 17 Inch alloy wheels, Multipe airbags, Cruise cotrol all standard in all variants. Top end variant also get touch screen navigation, DVD player with AUX in and Bluetooth as well.

The Official Flag off of 11th edition of Maruti Suzuki Desert Strom rally 2013 will held in Delhi on 18th Feb 2013. This time there are more than 250 enthusiasts are participating in the Rally through four wheelers, two wheelers and motor quad categories. Rally  will cover the  interiors of Rajasthan which includes Bikaner, Chattargarh , Jaisalmer ,Pokharn Gajnaur, Lakshmangarh, and  Great Desert of Rajasthan which is approx of 2200 kilometers. 

Skoda's 15th million vehicle production celeberation

Czech brand Skoda Auto has produced its 15th million vehicle, crossed a  remarkable milestone by the new third generation Skoda Octavia model , one of the best seller in entire Skoda range. Skoda ahs started to buit cars in 1905 and till no there are 15 million cars are been rolled out  from the assembly line till now. In short time the present Indian Laura will be replaced by new Octavia. Recently Skoda has incresed the capacity f it Malda plant from 800 to  1200 cars per day. this show the growing demand for Skoda vehicles in international market.

Volvo to open showroom in Ahmedabad soon

Known for its safety worldwide, the Swedish luxury car brand Volvo India will open its Gujarat's first dealership in Ahmedabad city. After studying the demand and sales figure of luxury car in Gujarat, Volvo has taken this decision and appoint Arvind Thakker of Sheetal Motors Pvt Ltd  which currently sell Mahindra cars as there official business partner in Gujarat.
